We ship our products on all countries around the world. The cost of shipping and delivery time depends on customer’s country. You can check the costs on the cart and/or on checkout page before payment.

Return Procedure

You have 30 days from the day you received your Flutone to decide whether you’d like to return it without providing a reason. A full refund for the Flutone will only be issued if it’s returned to us in its original, undamaged, and complete condition.
To return an item, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact us within 30 days of receiving your Flutone, mentioning “return” in the subject of your message.
  • Step 2: We’ll acknowledge your request and confirm your eligibility for returning the product.
  • Step 3: Pack the Flutone securely in bubble wrap and place it in a sturdy cardboard box. Ship it to Flutone address.
  • Step 4: Within 15 business days of receiving the Flutone, we’ll inform you and refund the amount to a bank account of your choice.

Who is paying shipping costs?

In case you received a damaged or faulty item, shipping costs for returning it are 100% refunded. In all other cases, you are responsible for covering the shipping costs. If you received a damaged or faulty item, please contact us with documentation (such as pictures) of the issue so we can assess the situation. If you are not satisfied, the costs associated with returning it are your responsibility.
